Jake, 14, is the President of the Connecticut Chapter of Creative Kids Care and is pictured with the Vice President of the Connecticut Chapter, Bruce. Jake enjoys playing basketball, playing football, and spending time with his friends. He hosted a trampoline park event on Saturday, January 21, 2017. This benefit spotlighted the importance of improving the lives of children living with cancer. All funds raised were donated by Creative Kids Care to Gilda's Club of Westchester, which helps children fighting cancer and their families.
